November 27-29, 2022 in Lausanne, Switzerland, the Congress of the ICSD was held, at which the new charter and the new reform of the ICSD were discussed and a new composition of the ICSD Executive Committee was elected.
As the President of DIFA, I would like to thank all the members of the ICSD who supported and voted for the long-awaited sports reform. Most of the 39-member countries represented at the Congress supported sports reform.
The sports reform has been approved (Version B, 2021) subject to additions from IDSF members (DIBF, DIFA, ICCD and WDGF), who may be responsible for hosting championships and World Cups, may also have the right to vote at the ICSD Congress.
Many thanks to the delegates of the ICSD congress, especially to Mr. Jurgen Endress (DIBF) and Mr. Adam Kosa (Hungary).
DIFA will cooperate with the ICSD and look forward to global change.
