Celebrating 100 Years of the Deaflympics!
The ICSD 51st Congress featured two intense days of discussions, resulting in key decisions that will shape the future of deaf sports. The event concluded with a celebratory dinner, a special tour of the ICSD’s first congress site, a visit to the tomb of Rubens-Alcais, and a centenary exhibition at INJS, Paris.
It was truly inspiring to witness the increasing leadership of women in sports.
We are very proud that our members are united in the commitment to the development of Deaf Sport.
Additionally, the Congress approved and awarded Innsbruck, Austria, the honor of hosting the 2027 Deaflympics.
