DIFA – (Deaf International Federation Football Association). DIFA was created in 2010, and the main goal was to popularize international football championships and championships around the world.
Since its foundation, DIFA and the first president of them were Iakov Frenkel, who served in the post from 2011 to 2020, and now continues to be headed by Iakov Frenkel.
The 3rd DIFA Congress will be held in 2022.
In 2021 there will be the 10th anniversary of the founding of the organization DIFA (Deaf International Federation Football Association).
