Action coordination
Hosting the 4th World Deaf Football Championships in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, like any other sporting event of this level, is always associated with a huge number of organizational issues – starting with the direct process of holding matches. The task becomes more complicated when the event is held not in one location, but in several regions at the same time, which adds a significant amount of transport work. In addition, the organization is always influenced by the specifics of the country as a whole.
All major preparations and hosting of the World Deaf Football Championship 2023 are being coordinated by the Malaysia Organizing Committee 2023, a non-profit organization established by the Malaysian Sports Federation of the Deaf, Deaf International Football Association (DIFA) and the Deaf International Sports Committee (ICSD) the event. The activities of the organizing committee are provided by the supervisory and managing councils, while their members have the right to combine work in one and the other management structure, as well as with the public service.
The organizing committee also includes federal ministers, representatives of the football authorities and business, and meetings of the supervisory board of the organizing committee are organized as needed.
The organizing committee must inform the ICSD and DIFA about the fulfillment of their requirements for the preparation and holding of the 2023 4th World Deaf Football Championships in terms of transport, security, medical care, stadiums, etc.
Also, directly related to the holding of the 4th World Deaf Football Championships, to attract funds from investors for the preparation and holding of the championship and to coordinate the activities of regional organizing committees in the subjects of Malaysia, in whose territories the objects of the 2023.
In this case, we are talking about the immediate facilities of the stadium where teams will train and where matches will be held, and, for example, accommodation facilities (hotels, apartments, etc.) that will be used to accommodate teams, delegations under agreements with ICSD and DIFA.
